FAST TRACK BLISTER PROGRAM

Combo Run Blister Packaging

Combo Run Blister packaging is a cost-effective alternative to complete custom blister packaging mold tooling. Combo Run Blisters can be quoted and manufactured in .010″ or .015″ clear PVC materials, as well post-consumer recycled materials.

Tooling charges are minimal, compared with the costs of full custom tooling. Typically, one cavity is needed for every 6,250 blisters to be produced on a single combo run.

Utilizing state of the art CAD/CAM systems, we design and prototype a custom blister to fit your sample product, card size, and other design specifications. Following customer review and approval, orders can be placed to run. Order increments must be 6,250, 12,500, 25,000, 50,000, 75,000 or 100,000 blisters.
